Santander Refurbishment - Maidenhead
C&G was selected for their reputation in achieving high-quality finishes and timely project delivery. We undertook a comprehensive scope of works to help realise Santander's next-generation banking vision.
Scope of Works:
The project began with a full strip-out of the existing premises, followed by extensive structural and architectural upgrades. Key fit-out components included:
- Structural alterations to support the new layout
- Construction of a new shopfront
- Installation of a new access ramp
- Installation of fire doors with relevant certification
- Full HVAC and electrical system design and installation
- Acoustic baffles and fabric ceiling features
- Solid and demountable partitioning
- New WC facilities
- Security and access control systems
- Safe and ATM installations
- Flooring and complete interior decorations
- Supply and installation of bespoke furniture.
Project Management & Collaboration:
C&G worked closely with the Santander Design Team to develop detailed construction drawings, particularly for bespoke elements of the refurbishment. This collaborative and proactive approach enabled agreeement on a 12-week construction programme, ensuring alignment with he targeted July opening date.
OUTCOME:
Through a collaborative approach with the Santander team and our focus on clear and open communication with the client team, C&G successfully delivered the project on time and within budget. The finished result is a modern, high-specification branch environment that embodies Santander's innovative approach to banking and their objective of enhancing customer experience.
