Complete refurbishment/rebrand - UK pilot branch for Smart Red rollout.

Brief:
As one of Santander’s main appointed contractors in the UK, C&G were tasked with carrying out the first pilot branch for the new Smart Red concept. The concept was created by Allen International, a worldwide design consultant employed by Santander to create a global concept that could be used throughout all of their branches. The extensive scope included the following items: strip out of original bank, asbestos removal, new HVAC & lighting, forming of new areas, 24hr automatic glazed ATM lobby, new finishes & purpose made joinery/fittings.

C&G/Program:
Due to the bespoke nature of the works C&G were taken to Madrid to view the original pilot and to get a feel for the requirements of the UK pilot. Following this visit and a detailed design review an 8-week site programme was agreed upon to complete the works in time for a national seminar being held in the November for 2016.

Result:
C&G delivered the results to the highest of standards and fully met the brief on time & on budget.
